Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between Enjoy Lovely s.r.o., registered office: Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Company ID No.: 21261989, registered in the Commercial Register kept by [insert register], (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) regarding the sale of goods and provision of services via the website www.enjoylovely.com.
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
1.2 The Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods to both businesses and consumers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery Terms

4.3 The risk of damage to or loss of goods passes to the Buyer at the moment of receipt.
5. Warranty and Complaints
5.1 The Seller warrants that the delivered goods meet the agreed specifications and are free from defects.
5.2 Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by a description of the defect and photographic documentation.
5.3 The method of handling the complaint will be agreed individually in accordance with Czech law.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract
6.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, provided the nature of the goods allows it (this does not apply to food and perishable goods).
6.2 Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Seller’s email or postal address.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1 The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

8. Final Provisions
8.1 The Seller reserves the right to change and update these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 Any legal relationships not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.
