Cocoa – From Bean to Perfect Flavour

Cocoa is one of the world’s most precious and beloved commodities. It is a raw material that unites culture, tradition, and taste. At Enjoy Lovely, we give it special attention – for us, it is not just a trade item, but a symbol of honest craftsmanship and a connection to the people who grow it.

Our cocoa comes from select regions of Colombia and South America, both renowned worldwide. Colombia is famous for its intense cocoa profile with a rich, full flavour, while Ecuador is home to finer, aromatic varieties with delicate floral and fruity notes.

At Enjoy Lovely, we work with farmers who use traditional yet sustainable farming methods. A large part of our cocoa is grown organically, without chemical pesticides, and with respect for the soil and nature.
